Qemal Affagnon - Internet Sans Frontières

Qemal Affagnon is Regional coordinator for West Africa at Internet without Borders- Africa desk. He has Master degrees in Communication from the Graduate Institute of Management (ISEG –Paris), Arhus University (Denmark) and Florence University (Italy). Affagnon was Research Fellow at the University Alexandru Ion Cuza of Iași (Romania), visiting Doctoral researcher at the University of Granada (Spain) and faculty member at McDaniel College Budapest. He is currently working toward a PhD degree in Communication at Université d’Abomey-Calavi (Bénin). His major research interests lie in the areas of digital divide, Big Data and new media in Africa.
